"Worst place ever. The 5 star reviews are what convinced me to try this place out during COVID-19 times, but I had a horrible experience. Not only is it grossly overpriced (they only take CASH in Boca), the therapist that was assigned to me had more issues than me. After a few sessions, she forced me to come to her office in-person because "Everyone is going to get coronavirus eventually" and that I was just making excuses not to show up to her office. Excuse me, but I live in a multigenerational home and do not want to be the selfish one that goes out and gets everyone else in my family sick. She said that I was just making excuses and that I should get over it. This is from the same woman who wouldn't do video calls and only phone calls. I just wasted money here and wish I could get it back. Janine Rizzo made me feel worse about myself when she was supposed to be a "LMHC" and listen and figure out individualized solutions for her clients. Yet she told me to do yoga, mediate, and read a book about Hinduism when those are things I've tried before recently and clearly does not work for everyone."
