"Over the past couple years I have done a few different rounds of physical therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder/back pain. One of them was at CORA Physical Therapy right up the road from here. Then my insurance changed and I ended up at Ability Rehab, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that change. While Cora had me working exercises with minimal oversight as the physical therapist overall several patients all at once, Ability limited the number of patients to therapist to two. While it wasn’t one-on-one like Saylor Physical Therapy, the therapists constantly check in and monitor and do actual hands-on therapy treatment, which I never got at CORA. Nate and Tyler were both amazing to work with and I’m so thankful for all their help. I learned plenty of exercises to keep up with at home."

"The therapists and staff at the Waterford Lakes location went above and beyond, far exceeding my expectations for a physical therapy experience. Having been in and out of some sort of therapy for various injuries and surgeries over the last 27 years, I was not expecting such a personalized program. The therapists and staff cater each experience based on on the individuals's abilities and concerns. They are both gentle and challenging, tough and understanding. They reached out to insurance for me, discussed my progress and listened to my input, and cheered me up on bad days. I highly recommend this location and the people who make it what it is, a big family. This is where I will bring my children and advise loved ones to go to if the need should ever arise. Every single one of the therapists at the Lake Underhill location go above and beyond expectations to gently and effectively care for and challenge their patients. Working with multiple therapists over the course of my visits has been an experience I haven't received anywhere else, and it makes you feel like family when you walk in. If going to the gym were like this, I'd go regularly!"
