"This place is the worst like the other comments say they Leave everything one the RBT. God forbid the parents or schools say something. They don’t care if the RBT right or wrong they aren’t siding with the RBT. They only care about the clients. The pay is only god because it’s inconsistent IF you get a consistent family you may be in luck. RBT aren’t expected to cancel but the families can at any given time. Just unprofessional and underdeveloped company. I wouldn’t waste my time. Go to a clinic that care and avoid these hit or miss half organization in field companies."

"I have been working here for almost 2 years now and it has been the best experience ever! From the interview process to now it has been a breeze! Admin ALWAYS makes me feel appreciated as an employee and stays on top of anything I need done. My BCBA is phenomenal, professional, supportive, and great to collaborate with! She takes into consideration my concerns regarding clients and we work together as a team regarding providing the most beneficial services for our kids. She provides excellent and CONSISTENT supervision. As I prepare for the BCBA exam I learn and review things with every supervision and can apply them to real world experiences. "I have worked for CBH for over a year now. I have to say it is one of the best places I have ever worked. The BCBAs that are on staff are some of the most supportive and encouraging I have ever met. (I have had 6 BCBAs since I started as a RBT) Admin and the BCBAs are great but they expect you to do your job. If you don't do something right they will hold you accountable but if you are willing to work on yourself they will be more than happy to help you any way they can. This is a great place to work and I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Let me start off this review by saying that this company will sell you a dream as an RBT but the reality of it all is that they are ridiculously unprofessional. Not only do they not value their RBTs but they will ensure that whatever situations may occur fall complete on the RBT with no backing from BCBAs or Admin. Don’t expect any emails regarding clients because once again everything is left on the RBTs shoulders. You’ll go months without hearing from them. BCBAs have relationships with parents that violate every ethical code in the book. Don’t be fooled by the pay rate because it’s a joke. If you’re an RBT don’t waste your time!"
