"This place is a JOKE! I’ve been a client for months and not one time has it been a positive customer experience. The doctor is great. Once you actually make it to them. The front desk is a JOKE & so are the office managers, including the new one Andrew. He literally called me from France to respond to my escalation and literally told me to speak the Lauren “the nice girl at the front” who literally just had him call me. No resolution. Every appt I’m told there’s been another price increase. I understand market adjustments bet every month? And jumping from $80 to $350 YEAH RIGHT! Front desk is literally INCAPABLE of scheduling an appointment, awful awful awful experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was put on a payment plan to be “grandfathered” in then guess what another price increase & can’t find the note for the prior office manager I spoke to, who apparently via prior recent reviews was a thief and recently fired. Go figure! For someone who needs mental health assistance this place sure does add the the stress and anxiety of trying to get help! This place sucks do not waste your time or money!! This place should be closed, I honestly have no idea how they are open went they literally cannot operate their book of business."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CLINIC!!! If I could give 0 stars to this clinic I would. It's a shame how worse they've gotten over just a year. I had no issues with this clinic until recently when they started calling themselves "Brain & Mind Institute." Ever since thet changed their name, the services have been awfuI! I am currently still waiting for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy and I'm about to go a week since my appointment. I just got off the phone for what feels like the millionth time now to be told that the reason my prescription has not been sent to my pharmacy is because Dr. Qadir is currently out of the country - so I have to wait until my doctor comes back from vacation to get my prescription refilled? Are you serious?! So not only am I not getting my prescription, I am now not even getting my money back after I called and asked numerous times for a refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!"

"WARNING! Saw a previous review about Tri County Psychiatric Associates, so I called them & asked for the manager's name which is Satrupa. Looked her up. That review is correct! Mugshot photos everywhere. This place obviously doesn't care about their patients' confidentiality. How can a doctor's office not run a proper background check!? It appears she has more than one name! How scary! This person has access to all the patients' information. This place needs to be reported. I will never ever go there. Beware!!!"

"I would give 0 stars for this clinic. Was in the office last week and recognized a lady working there from my past doctors office. Asked my nurse about her, she is the office MANAGER. She was fired and arrested from the office l used to go to for stealing! Now she runs this office? Mugshots are all over the internet of this manager."
