"I started going to new directions over 20 years ago due to an accident. I was unable to walk without crutches and in extreme pain. After 12 months of therapy I was able to walk without crutches but still experienced minor pain. Eventually all the pain was eliminated without drugs. Since then due to intensive workouts which include running weightlifting martial arts etc. I've had numerous injuries. Terri has been able to rehabilitate me every single time I get injured.
