"Excellent experience with Pinecrest Wellness, particularly with Desaly Gonzalez, DPT. I was experiencing pain in my right hip due to arthritis and bursitis. She worked me out with a series of stretching and strength building exercises and developed a program to continue at home both during the 6 or 7 weeks of PT and after. During the period of PT I strained a lower back muscle on my left side (lifting something heavy) that was quite painful and waking me up at night. She applied deep massage and augmented my exercise program to include lower back exercises. Theses exercises solved the pain after several sessions. I highly recommend Pinecrest Wellness.
