"This place promises my son a spot for speech therapy and they never called me to start him. Gave me false hope, how unprofessional of this lady!!! This place used to be a great place, not anymore, they literally don’t even answer the phone."
"My kids have been going here its an awesome place my son who has Autism ,was non verbal , he started he was 4 years old now 11 years old started talking shortly after he started , Mrs Marta is awesome with the kids , very professional. I have never seen anything that would make me doubt of this place. Both of my kids come 3 times a week they are happy the therapist are very professional, weekly I speak to the owner who by the way is a licensed by state of florida board a real Pathologist! We talk constantly about my child’s struggles and their progress . Im really happy here . If you looking to improve your child speach , or occupational therapy and want your child do better in school this is the place!"
"This is a great center with qualified professional therapists. My son Damian Pacheco with especial needs has been attending here and I'm very happy to see how he loves coming here and how he has improved. I highly recommend this place for kid's therapy with needs. They will be treated like family by owner Martha and the other professionals."
"i believe that lady Janira that left a bad review is certainly out of her mind, my son has been attending this center for a long time and if it were not for their help my child would not be where he is today, i am very grateful to have this place and how good they treat my son and the quality of the services he receives. i honestly believe that if you are going to make a bad review on a place you should do it with a basis, you must think of yourself as a great mother but you want to leave her 2 extra hours that she wont be receiving therapy 2 FREE hours so you do not have to pay for a daycare or afterschool all you are doing is abusing the system. these people are seeing your daughter you want to leave her there 4hrs 3 times a week and you don't even have the decency to talk about the staff and therapists by their names because you probably do not even know it, i feel very bad for your child having parents so irresponsible i believe it might be her parents who need therapy, once again i am so grateful to the Bilingual Speech & Language Therapy staff and therapist for all they have done and still do for my child do not let one psychiatric person influence anyone not to choose this amazing facility for your child."
"My daughter attended this center for a 1 month and a 1/2 or so, I didn’t see NO Results! The Cuban lady in the front is rude, and disorganized, the old fat lady with glasses which she’s the owner is rude, no manner, and if you try to correct her she will hang up the phone and won’t face you. That’s what I called someone that is all about being disrespectful over the phone and won’t face that person. All these centers I have noticed that most are Owened by Cuban people and if the Health Depaetment were to conduct a fully inspection they will find a lot of things that are being done that are not legal. But all those that harm these children with disabilities their time will come. It’s funny I would wonder why my daughter didn’t like going there. She will tell me Sometimes how there was a lady there that was mean to her. With this being said maybe there are therapy centers out there that do things the legal way, and really help the kids but you have some that they even ask the patients parents to put nice reviews so they can get more patients in the center. So I tell all the parents out there make sure you revise the place and make sure that center does things correctly and really provide that correct therapy that your child need. You don’t want for that center to get paid for services that are not being rendered."
