"If I could give 0 stars I would. I was given an appointment for Caremax for a doctors appointment. I was told they accepted my insurance. I found out it was not accepted by the company as a whole when arriving at the office. I was lied to by the representative that took the initial information and set up the appointment. He told me that they DID take the insurance and proceeded to set up the appointment. I would just like people to know what kind of company Caremax is because they dont actually care about anyone. I wasted my time and gas for absolutely nothing. I also had to get time off from work for the appointment. Who is going to reimburse me for that? Exactly, no one. What a joke of a company."

"I have been attending to Caremax Clinic for many years, and since the 1st I began going to the clinic I have received an excellent treatment concerning to the doctors ,specialist and staff for at center. Im very satisfied with the care they have always provided me, and how the staff from the clinic have been treating other patients with love, quality, professionalism and compassion. Here do I start ,I love my doctor Maria Jaime manager Cecilia, Luz and all the front desk agents, I can't complain about anything they are a 10 star if I coul give them I'm happy I get the best attention referral on time no issue with specialist, ii would like to name much more but the list is long I recommend caremax for all your needs in medical care.
