"All I have gotten is lies and incompetence. They lied about have therapist availability to see my son after ABA. They conducted the wrong evaluation on my son which delayed the process. I told the availability I needed and they said they could not accommodate after waiting 3-4 weeks. Then when I call back to check they lied and said they had availability but I was the one who canceled. This place is not the cleanest either. My son still does not have speech and I have to go through the process again. If you want to avoid a waste of time, confusion, and lies; then I warn you to stay away."
"Great service! My son loves his therapist Mirelys and Andrew. Their office staff are super nice and helpful."
"The best place for your kids ! The staff is loving and they care about your child wellbeing. The therapy is amazing and they try everything to make sure that your child received exactly what they need. Mrs. Rocio is a sweetheart and takes the time to make sure all the therapists are providing the best sessions in the industry. I absolutely recommend this place"
"I have been receiving therapy for my 4 year old since early this year and they have changed therapist about 3 to 4 different times. They do not conduct themselves in a professional manner when it comes to this ridiculous matter. I have complained about this matter and yet again I was told that he will be seen yet again by another therapist. They are not thinking about the needs of these children and how it affects them with switching therapists all the time. There only thinking of filling the spot for the moment for there convenience. If you are looking for speech therapy for your child I would not recommend this facility at all!!!"
"I have had nothing but the most horrible experience with Arley Therapy. From the beginning i have had nothing but issues with both management and the therapist assigned to my daughter (her name is Monica). I am desperate to get my 3 year old the professional assistance she needs with her delay in speech. And the therapist has strung ma along giving false hope and false information on my daughters commencement for her therapy. My journey starts in March of 2014, it is now August 1, 2014 and she finally admitted the truth to me on a phone conversation that she never want to travel to my daughters school to provide the therapy she was assigned to give. She accused me of lying, told her supervisor Rocio the I did not want them to start giving my daughter therapy in the beginning ( never said that), On every contact we had she would tell me she would start my daughters case the following week for several month. She had told me she would be beginning therapy for my daughter then ended up going to her country (Colombia ) upon her return more excuses, but still with the promise of yes next week I will be beginning. then the issue with my daughters insurance that the she did not think that that the approval from the insurance was not enough that she would wait for the current referral to expire to begin the process again and request my daughters therapy according to what she thought my daughter needed. I then had a conversation with Rocio (she called mew on a Saturday) to advise that they had always known that my daughters insurance would only approve a certain amount of time that when the referral expired all they had to do was request more time. I than contact the therapist and begged to her to begin my daughters therapy because the only one that was suffering in this situation was my daughter... again with the promise of "I will start her next week". I asked what time my child should be ready because I would do anything for my daughter, she responded between 9-11 am. I have text on my phone where she corresponded and gave the actual date and time for my daughters therapy and again a no show from the therapist. When I called Monica after speaking to Rocio in the office to what she would say she had nothing but lies and blamed everything on the office staff, when I advised her all three parties should have a conference because the information she was stating was not correct, she the started accusing me of not being truthful. I admit that at that point ( I admit I had always been nice and courteous to Monica the therapist I lost my perspective for a minute as any frustrated parent that has been lied to for months would react) was when she finally admitted my daughters school was to far and she thought the distance was too great. I that point I asked why had she not stated that before instead of wasting my daughters time for therapy she was never intending to give. There are so many more details on this experience but I would never want a parent to through what I have through with Arley."
