"Basically they had a 10 minute grace period which they didn’t say and then I was waiting like 30 minutes since I missed the grace period. I got there 3:08 but they had to check me as a new patient and then it was 3:15 and the person was new and so I had to wait and finally they called me at like 3:45. But then they were like JK this other guy was there before you. And then they were like you have to go back out and wait some more. They schedule appointments every 30 minutes and it is a very tight schedule. So basically I left because I’m like this is like a never ending cycle because essentially either someone else is gonna have to be late or cancel for me to fit in at. I will have to find a place with a better grace period. I wish they had set better expectation before the appointment and then once I got there. They could not give me any kind of concept of when I could be fit in. Even if they said either if someone else was late or cancelled - that would have given me a better expectation. I totally get they need to stay on schedule but their process is not working and I understand now why they have 3.4 stars. It’s like I filled out all this paperwork ahead of time and I don’t recall them mentioning the grace period. I’m not coming back and would not recommend this place. Also leading up to the appointment I had to call several times to even get a call back and left messages."

"The location is convenient, and the staff very efficient. Dr. Pritchett is very caring and attentive. She has fulfilled my medical needs over the past two years. The only concern is that most Drs at the office are not full time making it difficult to get an appointment."

"1) This office is totally computerized. You can't even go into the office for an appointment without going online to check in WHILE YOU ARE IN THE PARKING LOT! 2) I went to someone who no longer works there, so I changed to another Dr. When I went to the hospital they kept referring the hospital to the Dr. who no longer works there. 3) A Dr. sent me to the ER because I was in the examining room screaming from abdominal pain. I had a 7 day follow up and he didn't even remember me. Just 7 days! Screaming! This is the worst doctor office I've ever been to. I'll NEVER go back again."

She is smart, personable, and -most importantly - listens to her patients, which is not something that every health care provider does. It’s also easy to get appointments, and I am usually seen within a couple of days of when I call, or sooner if it’s urgent. After seeing a couple different doctors over the last 6 years, I’m so glad I settled on Marie."
