Our classes are designed to help you move better and pain-free, focusing on improving flexibility and strength to leave you feeling more freedom in your movement.

Our Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) program is a revolutionary approach to movement and mobility training, helping you develop usable ranges of motion, strengthen joints, and optimize control over your body. By incorporating FRC techniques into your self-care routine, you can experience increased flexibility, reduced risk of injury, and enhanced overall performance.

Bodywork combines massage therapy and movement to alleviate pain and restore function. Through soft tissue mobilization and active participation from you, we work together to restore tissue health and create lasting change. You can expect to feel more freedom in your movement, less pain, and more empowerment in your daily activities.

We serve individuals from all walks of life, including athletes, weekend warriors, manual laborers, healthcare professionals, and retirees. Together, we will go through your health history, address injuries and limitations in your movement, and create a tailored plan for you.

During our massage sessions, you will be an active participant as we work as a team to address your needs. Techniques used may include IASTM, Myofascial Decompression, Active Release, Trigger Point, and PNF to restore neuromuscular function. We will also provide you with corrective exercises to do at home and work to help you progress until our next session.

Once your goals are met, you can expect to "graduate" from our time together and move onto a maintenance schedule that includes mobility and massage sessions monthly or as needed. At Bodywork by Zanna, we are here to help you find relief and restore function so you can perform at your best.
