"Truth be told the only reason I go to this place is for Rene; she often goes above and beyond for everyone that I have recommended to go there. But, their policy of 48 hour cancellations is what has ended our relationship. Back in August my daughter got sick around her birthday which caused me to cancel last minute; they waived the fee as a “courtesy”. Now let’s fast forward to today; my daughter was sick on Christmas, and continues to be sick; so I took her to the doctors and she was diagnosed with tonsillitis. I called today to let them know I had to cancel with 24 hours notice but because it was not 48 hours notice they wanted to charge me the $50 fee. With yesterday being Christmas, you would think common sense would say they would waive the fee, even though they did it back in August. All I know is I have recommended eight people to go there and they all go there with their families. But, just like I found this place, I’ll find another one and take my business and theirs’ with me. Thank you for being another greedy corporate American business. I do want to stop and point out that Rene, is the most amazing dental hygienist anyone will ever find, and I hope I can find her at a different dentistry in the future. Thank you Rene for setting the “gold standard “!"
