"I don’t ever leave reviews, but I want to warn about straight-up incompetence and rude front staff. Went for a second opinion on a potential UTI. The fact I had to wait over an hour to initially be seen (and the front staff girl with the large eyelash extensions and multiple diamond rings seemed like she was absolutely annoyed with the fact she had to do her job) was irritating, but the practitioner was very knowledgeable and direct and so the wait and staff didn’t initially bother me. Three days after the appointment, I received a confirmation on a urine culture that said I had an infection (that at this point had been untreated for over a week, not their fault but at this point I was concerned for myself) and that I needed antibiotics. I was told they’d be sent in to my pharmacy, and when I got there the pharmacist said they were never sent in. I called to ask about this, and I was told that no urine culture was conducted on me, no follow-up phone call had been done, and that if I was worried about an infection, I should just go to the ER. I tried to explain to the front office girl on the phone that I could see the results for myself on my MyCare account and was confused on how no one took notes of who was calling patients or what testing was done on what patients. She seemed irritated she even had to speak to me and was incredibly belittling. I had to drive back to the urgent care to show another front staff worker (who was incredibly helpful and kind) my results on my end, and then I finally was given antibiotics. I would never recommend this urgent care to anyone who actually wants “urgent care”."

"Came in for a problem and everyone was very helpful including the up front staff. They did let me know there is only one provider in the office now so there will be a wait but that’s to be expected at an urgent care. The NP Cameron was wonderful and really listened to me, I feel like I may finally have some answers.Adam and Rohan were very helpful, gentle and funny too."
