"If I could give zero stars I would. This establishment takes months to file claims with insurance. They took over a week to send my reports to my neurosurgeons office so I could have surgery. That was only after I called. My last appointment was in early June and I have still not been refunded for my overpayment of almost $200. They didn’t inform me of the overpayment. I had to call to ask about my refund. I have called several times and gone in 3 times now. The communication from this office is atrocious and they refuse to give me my money back. This office is clearly about money and not patients. Avoid at all costs. Adrienne please do. This is absolutely unacceptable and the front of house staff was condescending. 6 months for a refund that the office had no intention of telling me about is theft. I have a message from 10/5 saying I would receive a check. It’s 11/13 today. The amount cannot be correct either seeing as every copay was $50."

"This was my first experience with having to go to physical therapy and I'm very happy I chose Life in motion. The first time I nervously walked in I was greeted with smiles and very friendly hellos. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was very skeptical of PT cause I felt my pain was a pain where I may have needed a surgery. But Josh assured me he had a plan. And wow he was correct. I followed his instructions in my PT appointments and did my assigned work at home and less than 2 months later. I'm feeling so much better. No surgery needed. Josh and his team Corrine, Mike and Justin are the best. They all kept a watchful eye on me to make sure I was doing things correctly and encouraging me to do my best. And Josh listens to his patients. Not a lot of Doctors today do that... BUT he does. I'm so happy I chose Life in motion. If I ever need PT again, they are the FIRST call I'll make!"

"PT does not get any better than this place. I came here for shoulder issues couple years ago and now back for knee replacement rehab. Josh and Carlos do a wonderful job with manual manipulation, which makes a great difference in rehab in my opinion. Then you are off to do your excercises under watchful eyes of their assistants. Everyone is friendly and warm. You feel like you are a part of family. I will never again waste my time in a corporate rehab place where therapists have too many patients to give them full attention. Life in Motion is a small, boutique operation, where you get personalized treatment and attention. Thanks guys! You are the best!"

They follow protocol precisely and at the same time will push/encourage you to make improvements based on your healing progress.
