"My son has received therapy from two incredible therapist at this center. Mrs. Ashley and Mr. Mario despite how my son can be at times both of these individual showed me how patience they were and how every little milestone did count. I was saddened that as we hit the one year mark I had to transfer him out to another location due to transportation. My son has made some strides and so glad I had their help to achieves those goals."

"This place is the absolute worst. I was referred here by my pediatrician and went and did the evaluation. they contacted me TWO weeks later to tell me i qualified for 1 30 min app every week. 2 weeks it took them to get back. I am then called twice a week almost for two weeks waiting to make an appointment (i have a crazy schedule and was not sure what day would be best to set up yet) I was then called and told if i didn’t call back by the end of the next week they would cancel him as a patient. I called back that SAME day to be told the coordinator would be out until tuesday of the next week. Finally made an appointment, that was already extremely difficult to manage regarding my sons schedule, and came in. it was technically a 20 minute appointment, as the therapist quit at 20 min. My therapist was ridiculous. forced my son into a chair he did not want to sit in, and began basically dismissing everything I said my son was able to do verbally. I called this morning because my son is SICK and i will not be taking him to an overcrowded, packed, room for his app tomorrow. I was let known (never mentioned before) that for 6 months you have 3 times to cancel your appointment. If you cancel, you MUST reschedule. This was news to me. They then said if you exceed the 3x, that they PUNISH YOU. They take you from 2x a week to 1x, or they cease your appointments all together. My son is sick and i have him only 2 weekdays. I was not able to reschedule. So you’re telling me that my kid gets sick, you want me to haul him into a giant room with a bunch of screaming kids and a therapist that doesn’t care that he’s sick just so you can have your appointment? ridiculous. Will not come back people here are rude and dismissive and not understanding of people’s lives/schedules. Absolutely will not recommend to anyone"

"I was looking for a location providing speech therapy and Occupational Therapy for my daughter and I was told about Central FL Therapy Solutions with the awesome help by Liz for onboarding and Nancy the Owner/Operator they have made it a seamless process to get my daughter the push she needs to get her ready for the world. Thank you to the rest of the therapists and staff who are going to be attending to and teaching my daughter valuable skills! I would 110% recommended this facility and program to anyone with a child on the spectrum or just a child who needs that extra push of help and encouragement!"
