"I don’t know why this place has low ratings. I been there 3 time in the last year. 2 times I had covid and ones was just an infection. Every time both front desk and doctor been so nice and understanding. Front desk lady always sweet, helpful and welcoming. Doctors listen carefully to all your concerns and examine throughly. I really recommend this place compare to other urgent care in the area."

"No wait when I got there and now I know why. Saw a doctor quickly who seemed to have slurred speech. Could barely inderstand him. They Ran x-rays, did an EKG and told me 3 different things that could be causing my problem. He then told me he called a doctor friend of his who advised me to go to the ER without telling me what was wrong. they did absolutely nothing to help me. Didn't know doctors were allowed to discussed patients with their friends."

"Everyone was very professional and the PA Robert Walther took his time with my mother who was feeling unwell and concerned about a possible infection. She appreciated not having a long wait and all of her concerns heard and addressed. It was a good visit."

"Terrible experience! My husband went there to have some stitches removed. The doctor walked in, had extremely slurred speech and just seemed off. We tried asking him if the wound looked infected and he clearly cared less whether it was infected or not. He began attempting to remove the stitches and my husband was in extreme pain. I asked him if that was normal and he said no. I asked him then why is he continuing and he said well then you guys can go to the ER then. We walked out and went to an ER instead. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and seemed to be under the influence of something. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Had to wait 2 days to receive test results. Was given wrong antibiotic for days. Had to pay for prescription twice after they got test results. Can't pay bill online. Have to mail check or cc# or call in if. They are way behind times. Will never go there again. Outdated procedures. Doctor on staff was also unprofessional and behind times."
