"Dr. Samuel Jean is an amazing doctor. I’ve never met a doctor that cares as much for their patients. Unfortunately, I have to give the office staff and the nurse that deals with the prescription refills a bad review. I suffer from various chronic conditions. I was in their office last January due to an illness after going to an emergency walk-in clinic. During that visit all my prescriptions were supposed to be refilled. We are in March now! I’m still dealing with the pharmacy and the office because the pharmacy sends requests and the office never answers them or sends the wrong prescription after me being in the phone with them explaining what need to get done. I always get the same answer “I will send it now” “I will send it to the doctor now” and nothing ever gets done. Now I’ve gotten worse and OTC medications aren’t helping and all the nurse could say was go to the emergency room. Why will I pay for an emergency room visit for something that can be resolved by the doctor and should’ve been resolved back in January? Again, the doctor is amazing! An amazing human being, but his staff just doesn’t care. I’ve also asked for a new link to communicate through their portal to see if this method of communication is better and I’m still waiting to get that access link form their front staff. It breaks my heart to have to think of leaving this provider, but I can’t continue to have these issues with my prescriptions."

"Out of town and called today to try and make an appointment was told I had a balance of $180 from March of 21 that I was not aware of. I explained to them I never received a bill and had blue cross blue shield for the last 10 plus years. They told me I had to sort it out myself and pay $380 if I wanted to be seen today. Dr Jean has been great in the past but his staff on the desk is subpar. Will not be back and I guess I will just have to ride out the pain of shingles #needtodobetter #greedydoctors"

"I've been seeing Dr. Jean at Sacowi Medical for over 5 years now. Dr. Jean has been amazing since day one. He is LGBTQ+ friendly. He listens to understand. He takes his time with patients. So, if there's ever a wait for your appointment, just know that he is meeting with and taking each patients' health concerns and needs, personally, into consideration, as he will yours. This year, I started seeing his partner, ARNP K. Ramos. She had been an incredible addition to his staff. She follows the same creed as Dr. Jean and has been critical to my own health needs and concerns. Under her care, in addition to Dr. Jean, my health is getting better. Slowly, but surely. In addition to the providers, the staff is incredibly friendly, kind and caring. Greeting me by name and always sure to follow up on any inquiries that I've had. If you're looking for a Primary Care Provider whom actually cares, I highly recommend Sacowi Medical Group."

He’s knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything needed to help restore your health. Ida Nunez has been phenomenal at the front desk making my appointments and billing my insurance. Natalia Kipp and Marisa Ochoa are just fantastic at their job ! Their therapy has vastly improved my condition. They really treat their clients like family. This clinic is a true testament to how a medical/ therapy office should be ran. Highly recommend"
