"This location has some good things going for it. The receptionist staff is very pleasant and kind, and they have a lot of equipment. That being said, I would avoid Mark as your PT trainer at all costs. Though he is nice, he is very negligent. I’ve had multiple sessions with him where he has disappeared and left me waiting for further instructions almost every day. He takes phone calls, makes coffee, starts conversations with other PT trainers and even goes to chat with the front desk instead of being attentive to the customer. I feel like most of my time is spent standing around waiting on him to acknowledge me. Very unprofessional in my opinion."
