"The communication with them is TERRIBLE! We had our initial evaluations, waited weeks for them to call to get put on the schedule. So I called to see what was going on and they just never reached back out to start. AND they put the wrong insurance info in. Finally we start services. Therapist call out ALOT here. It’s always something once a week. Today my son was scheduled for back to back appointments (because if I’m taking him out of school early it better be worth it) I drop him off at 130, he suppose to be there till 230. I get a text like “can you come pick up your child” at 210. I always stay close by so I get there quickly for them to say umm he was only a 30 min today… oh really??? I have the text confirmation to prove he is now missing a scheduled session. They didn’t communicate that it was cancelled because she called in sick. Round of applause to guys. I’ve also witnessed other parents complaining about the communication issues."

"I swear if I could give them 0 stars that’s what I would give them! Every time I brought my son to his appointment it was a problem, when it wasn’t one thing it was another! Either they would forget to put him on the schedule, the therapist didn’t know how to work with my son (Autistic non verbal), they would keep changing the schedule or the therapist that would work with him just didn’t know how to work with kids like him. I gave them plenty of chances only because the management and owner are extremely nice. Honestly they need to hire competent staff , if you’re in that field you should be able to deal with all types of children, especially special needs kids if you don’t then you need another profession!!! Their therapists have no idea what they’re doing don’t waste your time!"

"If you are on Medicaid and you don’t care about the billing process then go for it but, if you have private insurance don’t trust them, they’ll say that there is no problem even though they are not in contract. Also, I’m not impress with the therapists…you can find better at other clinics."
