"From the minute I came to this facility for my intake, it was nice. Dr. Kyle answered all the my questions. He even asked what I would like to focus on to help my rehab. The theropists helped me with home exercises to help me feel confident about doing more at home. On the days that I wasn't feeling my best, they focused on the area that needed the most work, that made me feel wonderful, that showed me that they really care. They are the best. The customer service is awesome, it's not forced. When I need to be challenged they challenged me, but they never forced it on me.
