A higher end bank would never. Teller didnt even notice I was standing there because she was in her phone"

"There are other much better Regions branches in the Ocala area. I used to live nearby so this was my branch for a while. Every time I walk in there is a line nearly to the door. They have one person handling both the front desk and the drive-through. I tried the drive though since it seemed to move faster but when they did eventually get my check I just asked for it back as I had been waiting for a long time and had to get back to work at this point. It's funny how fast they were able to give it back but not deposit it. The weekend crew is from a different location and don't have a clue about this place. I would come in on Saturdays to access my safe deposit box and it would take a good 20 minutes for them to find the key. I got tired of it and cancelled the box. There's a great branch on 27th near the Gold's Gym."

"Come in here on a regular once a week per weekly basis just about and the staff have always greeted me and usually there isn't any wait if there is a wait they are sharp at their job. Get you in and out, generally I go inside to get a change order for a business, but at a day basis I have the night drop deposit box in the drive thru I can use after they close! Convenient and close by! They unfortunately aren't open on Saturdays for half a day anymore!... But I've always had a good experience with them!..."
