"My father received amazing care from the nurses, staff and physical therapy specialists as well at this center. He received care during 2 different stays after having difficulty recovering from an illness. We were very happy with this facility."
"Some of the nurses or the most uncaring people I've ever met in my life. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy."
"Very unprofessional and lazy staff members. I saw a woman who out of her bed, and was rolling around in her own fecal matter. I saw this with my own eyes. In disbelief, 4 of the staff was standing in the doorway laughing. Sad but 100% true..... Someone needs to shut the doors on this zoo. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. 2: I also witnessed a woman crawling on her knees in the hallway, in order for her to be on the floor she had to have fell out of bed; and I saw this happen to the same woman twice. 3 days apart. So if they knew she getting out of bed, someone should have been watching her more closely. If there was a fire emergency, good luck. There is always wheelchairs and lifts in the way blocking hallways and emergency exits. There is no way they could rool all of the beds out of that building in a timely manner. After visiting hours it get worst."
