"If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I called several hours before going to ask if they did sports physicals (local AL school) . I was told yes it was $25. Then I arrived to be told no they don’t because it needs a physician’s signature (which I am aware of, because a NP have to have a doctor signature to sign off) but I didn’t know they didn’t have one on sight, that’s why I called earlier. Customer service was horrible both front desk and back desk staff members."

"I’m only leaving 3 stars because when we go to urgent care and see Dr. Matthew Barnett we are always in good hands. He is very good, attentive & seems like he really cares about what you have going on not like he’s just in a rush to get you out. We love him but this time I took my 1 year old in on Sunday for a very painful boil I believed to be staph. I told the nurse and doctor who was Dr. Keith Classen when he came in that I thought it was staph, I tried to show him the spot on my child’s arm and he was very dismissive. He looked at the spot for literally one second and said it could be staph but it was definitely infected so he would prescribe me some antibiotics. He was not in the room with us 2 minutes. I didn’t feel good about the whole thing considering he didn’t even look at the spot. I did give my baby the medicine until I was able to make him an appointment with his pediatrician on Monday. When we went in to see his pediatrician the bump had swollen into a huge lump. We found out the antibiotic that he prescribed did not even treat staph as it turned out he had MRSA. She popped the HUGE lump which started under his arm and had traveled up to the back of his arm (even after the “medicine” Dr. Classen prescribed to “help”). I’m so glad I went with my gut feeling and made him an appointment with his pediatrician because if I had just listened to the unconcerned doctor my baby could have serious issues!!!!!!!"

"I walk in a 6:16pm and was told they were no longer excepting patients and they close at 7:00pm. They had a patient sitting in the waiting room. I already knew my issue which is a UTI a fast diagnosis just needed medication for it. I was turned away. I was never asked any questions just turned away. I wasn't even suggested another facility! Just the doctor doesn't want to see anymore patients is exactly what she said at the front desk."

"I was a walk in for the first time there on 10/25/19. They had two receptionists, one for appointments and one for walk ins. Because I have tremors I could fill out the form. The receptionist was very friendly and offered to fill it out for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were friendly as well and very thorough. I didn't have to wait a very long time to be serviced. Highly recommend. L"

"The entire staff seemed extremely inconvenienced with our presence. If you don’t like your job that much then I think it’s time to move on. People check in, it’s what they do there. The provider seemed unhappy as well. She was very dismissive with her “no antibiotics for viruses” speech. (Which I hadn’t asked for) They took ZERO medical history on me other than my drug allergies. At 6:15 pm we had to be let out the front because it was locked. Despite the posted hours being open until 7 and the “open” sign still being on. We do not live in Atmore and they gave us the pharmacy choices in the area. I picked the Walgreens and after I get out side I realize that the pharmacy is closed for the day. Had she told me the pharmacy was closed I would never have had my prescriptions called in there. Not being able to get back inside I had to call to the front desk. The receptionist was extremely rude to me this time! The medical assistant didnt not know the pharmacy hours. (despite there only being 2 in town) When I had them call it in to a pharmacy closer to my house you could tell it was a inconvenience to the staff. The only positive thing I can say is that we were seen quickly but that’s about it."
