"I would not put my dog in this hospital! Some of these nurses have the worse attitude.!"
"I twisted my ankle one day and it was really swollen so my Dr sent me to the hospital for X-rays, I went and was xrayed by a young woman that clearly didn’t want to be there, then the Dr came in and wasn’t much better. Told me to follow up with my Dr in a day or two. I went to my Dr to see what the xray showed but was told that the hospital wouldn’t release it . The Dr even called and , nope, they wouldn’t release it. The only thing I’ve received from that waste of a trip was the bill. I don’t feel that I should have to pay for a useless waste of my time. They did nothing for my ankle. Sure they did an X-ray but I was never told anything .I hobbled around for weeks until it got better.Unless it’s a matter of life or death, I’ll just drive to another hospital, I hear wonderful things about Bay Minette."

"Earlier this month, we were visiting my in-laws in Atmore when our five-year-old son had a trampoline accident and sliced open his bottom lip. We rushed to this E.R., praying the whole way there that he'd receive excellent care. God certainly came through that night. Nurse Sydney was *so* kind and compassionate, and Dr. Lee was very patient and gentle with our little Isaiah. Their empathy and unrushed demeanors helped alleviate so much of the stress from this traumatic event. As a nurse myself, I walked away thoroughly impressed. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of our son!"
"I only had to go to radiology and the lab as an outpatient. Julia in radiology was amazing and so kind. She explained the procedure very well and eased my nerves shortly after arriving. I did not have to wait at the lab or radiology. The lab personnel were very friendly. I didn't get the name of the phlebotomist, but she was very good at her job."
