"Where to start? Poor service! What is the point of having an online appointment service if they arent going to do their job by following up. I scheduled my appointment for today 2/9/2024 2 weeks ago. Today i call to double check on appointment time, and at first im told its not even in the system. I ask if they can make it for 2/12 since they cant give me the appointment i had requested, the lady put me on hold and then as she picked the phone back up she hung up and never called back. Must suck for that doctor to have this kind of staff. These front desk people forget they are set the first impression! If they dont give good service who in their right mind will want to go to that doctor? Sorry Doc"

"What a great doctor! He explains you any question you have and he's very friendly. The office staff is so nice too they make you feel very comfortable during your visit."

"I went there for my annual check up. The wait was very long, however the staff was very nice. The doctor barely spoke to me. Did the exam and left, seemed like he was in a rush never had an actual consult. Made another appointment to talk about and see my options for birth control, the wait was ridiculous once again, and the doctor literally shrug when I asked what was the best option for me. Left the room faster than I could speak to him."

"I started going here for my pregnancy after having 2 children at another physician. Needless to say, Dr Siudmak is very kind and actually listens to you as a patient. That's something hard to find. The staff is friendly and always treats you kindly and professionally. Definitely a great place to go for Gyn and or OB needs!!"
