"I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for this entire practice. I switched to this office at the recommendation of a friend after going through a traumatic miscarriage at another office. From the minute I walked in, I knew the experience would be different. I didn't know what a midwife was until I went to this office. Every single person at this office is amazing, every single time. Dr. Skeete delivered my high risk pregnancy at 33weeks1day after I had been hospitalized for 20 days and somehow I had a successful induction with a healthy baby. Most other doctors would've immediately made me a c-section, nothing wrong with a c-section, but it is major surgery. When I stayed in the hospital, someone from Serene Health visited me everyday, they spent time with me and talked with me. I am terrified of doctors and the hospital, so I was living my biggest fear, and Serene Health empathized with me and provided me great care and I am eternally grateful. I was more than half way through my pregnancy when I had to find a new OB due to moving and from the moment I called, the staff was on top of it to make sure I could get accepted as a patient. everyone I encountered were all so helpful and kind. The front desk staff in person is also all wonderful and pleasant. I got a chance to meet every midwife who are all so wonderful and a reflection of Dr Skeete and what her practice is about!
