"I am in my first trimester and unable to hold down any liquids or solids. I just spoke to a medical assistant who recommended Emetrol, when I asked her if it was safe in the first trimester she then said no, eat salted crackers. I reminded her I am unable to hold solids down and in my first trimester and she went on to say “it’s common sense I’m pregnant because I’m calling an OB clinic”. Seems like the medical assistant lacked common sense recommending the wrong medication and refused to ask a doctor to call me. She was actually recommending something that may not be safe and has the nerve to talk about common sense. A medical assistant! Do not go here if you’re looking for proper care and to actually see a Doctor!"

"This office is extremely unprofessional. My daughter is a first time mother and has been seeing them for prenatal care. The staff is always in a bad mood or giving attitude and seem to be bothered anytime a question is asked. She (My daughter) came in with concerns and the Doctor said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?!". My daughter then replied "never mind". The doctor noticed her frustration which then prompted the doctor to address the concern. Whenever urine samples need to be taken, it is done so in a plastic cup and the names are written in black sharpie. On one occasion my daughters urine sample had been "lost" and she had to do it again. She is too far into her pregnancy to change Doctors and unfortunately is limited due to her coverage. But to those in search of an OBGYN... look elsewhere!"

"Probably THE WORST office i have ever been to. You might as well go to urgent care than here since the wait is the same with or without an appointment. The operator hung up on me when I needed assistance on 3 different occasions. Not only that, but when she had no answer for my questions she would just transfer me WHILE I WAS SPEAKING. On top of it all, Dr. Lopez was phenomenal and my doctor for years, and suddenly i was being seen by a nurse instead of him without a notice. He was the only reason i was tolerating this nightmare of a service, but i will never come here again. Upsetting beyond words."

"I came here only because I was already 12 weeks pregnant at the time and a lot of DRs were hesitant on seeing me since I was already 12 weeks. I’m now 28 weeks, I’ve never met Dr. Lopez ? I don’t even know who is delivering my baby. They seem to want to push you out of the room as quickly as possible I don’t ever feel as if they WANT to answer questions. Some MA’s are sweet but that doesn’t compensate for the rest of their crew. I was supposed to have iron pills sent to my pharmacy in December, it’s now April. I called and asked why they weren’t sent once I ran out of my sample packs and was told “why are you waiting until now to tell us” NO WHY DIDNT YOU DO YOUR JOB AND SEND THEM IN DECEMBER ?!?! so they sent them and my pharmacy needed more info from them, they never gave it to them. So I go in for an appointment and they send it off again and once again my pharmacy needs the same info from the first time. I give up. I won’t go back after this pregnancy."

"This is the worse doctor’s office I have ever went to in my life. I will never recommend them to anyone in fact I discourage anyone from going to them. All the receptionist are incompetent. They don’t call to confirm appointments. Updating your information with them is a waste of time because they don’t document it or save it. If you have bad test results they don’t call to schedule a earlier appointment like the said they would do. They don’t refer you unless you constantly call them for the referral to a high risk doctor like they are supposed to do in a timely manner. You never see the same doctor so you have no birth plan. In fact they don’t even read your chart because the doctor thought i had 4 other pregnancies when in fact it’s my first pregnancy. Oh that’s if you even see a doctor a lot of time you might just get a mid wife who doesn’t even deliver babies anymore. Worst experience of my life still waiting on them to fax my medical records over for the second week so I can change doctor’s office ASAP. Definitely taking my PPO insurance elsewhere and praying for a better experience."
