"I saw Dr. Mai-Tram Phan and I cannot express how amazing she is. I don’t wanna see any other Gyno ever except her because she was so nice and skilled at not making me nervous! This was my very first experience with a Gyno office. This whole office is great everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, understanding, hospitable, helpful… I don’t know why anyone would ever give this place anything less than 5 stars I think they had unrealistic expectations, honestly. 10/10 will go again. I would encourage anyone to go to Dr. Phan."

"Loved the doctor no complaints there she was knowledgeable and sweet ! the front desk and office manager do need to get their act together, I was told i miss you insurance date of birth was wrong and they had ran it through multiple times but some how it was magically working after not leaving for 2 hours even though I lost my appointment and had to come back another day and the office manager was not so kind even though they aren’t billing they should have been more understanding at the end since it was not my fault what so ever and it took a billing supervisor to run my insurance so it can magically work. I say magically because when I asked what the problem was they told me they don’t know…. So at that point it sounded to me that they were in the wrong But didn’t want to take the blame… which I thought was very unprofessional"
