"I set up this appointments months prior. I arrived at 9:15 am it is now 10:18am. I asked the front desk twice what’s taking so long and was told he like to take his time with his patients. That’s very unacceptable. I end up canceling my appointment because that’s a very long time! The front desk didn’t care nor apologize! Please do better. We have lives! We don’t have time to sit there all day."
