"My appt. with Dr. Brown felt extremely rushed and I left the office with no solutions. Her idea of a "plan" included handing me a piece of paper with some info on it and waiting for test results to appear (who knows when). I specifically asked if an additional lab test she recommended would be covered by insurance and she said yes. I now have a bill for charges not covered by insurance because extra tests were ran unnecessarily. Maybe if she bothered to spend more than 4 minutes in the room to listen to my concerns, unnecessary tests would not have been done."
