"If I could give fewer stars I would. I recently found out that I'm pregnant for the very first time. I found Dr. Tobon online, saw he had relatively good reviews. Booked my appointment, the ladies at the front desk were absolutely fabulous. This review has nothing to do with them. I was nervous and excited as this was going to be my first appointment. I had tons of questions written down, an idea in my head about how this would go, and couldn't wait to tell my family. After filling out all my paperwork, my husband and I were brought back. They took my vitals, asked me some questions, then we waited for the Dr. When he came in, I was so excited, thinking this was it, we're going to have a great conversation. Nothing. He came in, asked me a few basic questions, then only focused on the fact that I have anxiety. Told me that my Dr. was wrong for how he was treating my anxiety, couldn't believe that I had gotten pregnant so quickly after being off the pill, said I was probably not more than 5 weeks pregnant. They then took my blood. I have never had my arm hurt so much from the needle for taking blood. I was then told that my appointment was over, and they would call me with the results. He went to his office, and I didn't see him again. I asked the nurse, told her I had a million questions, and she said to write them down and I could ask them next time, he was busy he had to get to the hospital. I was so nervous from this, and so excited. I walked in the office like a big balloon, and left popped and deflated. I left the office in tears. Turns out, I'm 8weeks, not 5. I will not step into that office again, and if I can save another woman from feeling as heartbroken and lost as I did, then this review will be worth it."

"I have to admit, I was skeptic on going in there based on my previous visit with another office, which let me just say was the worst experience of my life. When I walked in the aura of the office based on the waiting room was perfect. Was cleaned well organized and had a great fragrance and the office staff was exceptional. Angie who works at the front desk was polite and welcoming and Laurie who is the manager also made me feel at ease. When I got into the exam room I was stunned again. Even the doctor Luis was very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all questions that I had. They were all quick , informative and had me on my way within an hour I have never experienced such an establishment that made me feel so comfortable. I will keep coming back, I’m sooooo glade after months of searching I found this place. Ladies this has to be to the best OB/GYN I have found in Florida...I Wholeheartedly recommend this place."
