"I had surgery with Dr. Delgado September 2023, she was able to remove a lot of endometriosis and correct the damage done by the disease. My surgery and recovery went very well and i feel my pain has decreased as well as the excessive bleeding each period. I'm very grateful for Dr.Delgado not only for her skills but also bedside manners. She is truly an expert and you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you choose another surgeon. 12 years with endometriosis and she's my 4th surgeon, im glad I finally found an expert !"

"Dr.Delgado is great & sweet but I don’t like that the staff refused to do my blood work /std testing (that is usually what I get when I make my annual appointments & most important) due to them having other patients , am I not a patient as well? Is it more important to leave work on time or to provide treatment?"

"Dr. Delgado is great! amazing really. BUT Jackson Health will bill you TWICE for the visit! once for your yearly check up (that's supposed to be covered by your insurance) and twice for just going inside the jackson health building! TERRIBLE!"

"Dr. Delgado is a sweetheart & professional. Her office staff is horrible. They lie, dont follow through,incompetent, rude, dont take accountability on no parts, then expect you not to be upset with their actions.I waited 3 weeks for someone to return a call because of their mistake after being hung up on repeatedly & them blaming on phone system. Then they tried to blame the Dr for sending referral to wrong place.. After 3 weeks I called back & had to make appt to speak to Dr about their mistake in order for them to get paid by insurance. Finally sends appt. to right place, 2 days before appointment they call & ask did I do blood work?. They knew no blood work had been done because they didn't tell me about blood work nor was there an order for it. I had to then reschedule appointment again & they send lab work to lab my insurance doesn't cover & again I'm not supposed to be upset. I was preparing for a major surgery, I'm glad this happened this way though because could you imagine how things would've went if I had complications. I personally believe it's because I'm AA & not hispanic as everyone in office is including nurse who I'm surethere's a language barrier but that doesn't excuse them not being able to do their job adequately. You should know what lab covers a patients insurance if your sending them to it. Being rude &wrong is definitely unprofessional. The Dr did apologize for the first mistake & they refused to let me speak to the Dr with second mistake. Wasn't to tell me I was rude because I was upset by their treatment. I'm sorry I couldn't work with Dr.Delgado to help with my issue but I'm glad these things happened before I really needed help after surgery."
