"The manager on duty, Ms. Audrey, earned this location a 5 star TODAY. After trying to have a quick movie date while the babies were in school, the movie quality was poor. We stayed for a few minutes to see if maybe it would get better when the scene changed, but it didn’t. So, we requested a refund. Matthew, the young man at Concessions was professional also, he called her right away. Ms. Audrey, was gracious and kind to us, she even tried to see if she could get us another showing, but we explained we were on time crunch and we’re due to pick up our children. We explained to her our reason for requesting the refund, she stated she would go check it out, so we accompanied her on her observation, just for her opinion and she validated our concerns further and stated she would contact her GM and get a technician out. But, here’s the cherry on top… SHE BLESSED US WITH A MOVIE ON THE HOUSE for the inconvenience. Thanks Ms. Audrey and the Regal Cinemas Team for the awesome customer service!!!"

"I had such an incredible experience here seriously 4DX feels so amazing as we watched Avatar out of the water spraying me and I could feel the seats shaking before the movie and intermittently throughout. It enthralled me and so did my friend; we watched it for 3 and a half hours from start to finish. And while it's pricey for 2 adults at a subtotal: of $42.18 tax is $3.16 and the final total: of $45.34 we sit in the back seats and got quite a view from the balcony, but the seats were uncomfortable after a certain period of sitting for 3 1/2 hours. But we were also was amazed by the effects of the flashing lights while heating the gun sounds and live action come to life, not to mention the smell of nature in the whole place it felt as if we were there and it was very breathtaking!! And while we weren't watching that movie beforehand, we were playing the rad arcade game, Fast n Furious we didn't know how to play but it was exhilarating! I finished 3rd place he finished 8th place. I love this neon-colored movie theaters it's a shame not many people come to the movie theaters these days only 10 or so and it felt like an empty place meaning: it wasn't packed like we thought it would've been, but I can see why with the prices for the following: food, drinks, arcade games, 4 quarters for 1 credit per game, and specially reserved seats, I can sew why many people don't come here these days to the Movie Theaters. But it's still a place for kids, college students, and adults alike. Anyway, what can we say?! We were blown away by how astonishing it was!!"

"4DX - what a way to experience a movie. That was a super interesting. If you have not tried this you should try this at least once. Wow it's like being in a movie ride at Universal. Avoid the back 2 rows you don't get a much of the effects. It just doesn't reach you. We felt the ocean spray, we saw the lightning, felt the wind and felt the engines. We saw Top Gun Maverick and it was so worth it. This is going to be one I think we will go see the next Jurassic Park movie at. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility was super clean. Overall wonderful experience."

"I would give this Theater three stars out of five. While it has an amazing 4DX auditorium, the theater itself is severely old and outdated like it’s from the mid-1990’s and it badly needs a major renovation. Also they badly need a connection to the mall or a new sidewalk to and from mall rather than having to cross the dangerous highways and intersections of US 1 to get from one place to another."
