"I ask you to read my story so that no woman goes through what I go through. Due to the malpractice of Dr. Catalina Granada, my family and I have lived the most difficult days of our lives. I almost lost my life because of their negligence. On 2/5/23 Dr. Catalina cut my tubes with the purpose of ligating me, after the surgery she told my husband that everything had gone well. That night I went through the worst pain of my life, I called the office twice and left several messages for the doctor. explaining the pain I was feeling and to know what medications I could take since she gave me the medical discharge and did not tell me anything for the pain. The next day the doctor called me, I told her that I was still having very strong pain and that my abdomen was very swollen and I had not been able to go to the bathroom yet, she told me that it was normal because of the gases they put in the stomach during surgery. I trusted her and continued to endure pain for 1 more day. The next day I started vomiting in the morning, I had 5 vomits in 1 hour, I called the doctor's office again to tell them that I was going to go see her because I was feeling very bad. On the way it got worse, I was almost fainting from so much pain and I kept vomiting, my husband and I decided to go to Jackson West Hospital, where they did a CT Scan of my abdomen and blood tests, my white blood cells were at exaggeratedly high levels, the Dr. Emergency told me that based on the scan results they had to call surgery. In summary, during Dr.'s surgery. Catalina Granada pierced my small intestine and as a result I had Peritonitis, I was in surgery for 3 hours on May 4 and 5 more days in the hospital. I called Dr.'s office when I felt better. Catalina to report what had happened to me and to this day I have not received a call from the doctor to inquire about my health, what I did receive was an email from her office charging me a $50 no-show fee because the day I I was dying, I didn't make it to his consultation since I had to go to the hospital in an emergency. Even after 3 weeks I have not been able to return to work since the recovery has been very slow, since I had 2 surgeries in less than 48 hours. But I thank God and Dr. Gustavo Rubio from Jackson West for saving my life."

"Terrible attention, really very negligent. I will never return, it is not advisable for anyone to receive this service and neglect. I attend the doctor's office on 10/5/23, I tell the doctor that I am having spots and that I have been in pain for days. He gives me an ultrasound, he tells me that the embryo is not visible. He orders me to do tests and tells me to see me in 3 weeks, something illogical for such a long time. I do the tests that same day at the clinic where the doctor works. On 12/5/23 I called the clinic to find out the results, they told me that the results are there but that they need the doctor to see them before sending them to me. They were going to leave a message for the doctor to review them, an hour later a girl called me and told me that the doctor had reviewed the tests and that everything was fine and I could review it in the app. When I review the tests I see that progesterone is very low and that I am a negative factor, even so the doctor said that everything was fine, when she should tell me to get the RhoGam vaccine as soon as possible, especially since I could be having a spontaneous abortion for pain and stains. The doctor never called and left saying that everything was fine. I called the Weston clinic again, explained what was happening, the spots continued and also that the results were not good, I asked them to please leave a message for the doctor, (normally they call you with instructions when the analyzes are not correct and I had not done it), the girls who assisted me on the phone were always very attentive. They told me they would pass the message on to the doctor. That same day, 12/5/23, through the portal I left a message for the doctor telling her that I was worried about the tests and that I needed guidance regarding the negative factor. Today is 5/16/23 and I still have not received a response. It is total negligence. On 5/13/23 I had to go to the emergency room at the hospital and they immediately gave me the vaccine. They told me that this should be indicated in my case as soon as my blood factor was detected. Stay away from this careless doctor."

"Horrendous, stay away from this office. The staff is unmotivated, disengaged, and could not care less about the wellbeing of their patients. The doctors on the other hand, appear to live in a different universe completely unconnected with the rest of the office."

"Walked in 10 minutes before my appointment, already had my new patient paper work done.. wasn’t greeted.. front desk lady just told me to sit down. Didn’t acknowledge me until I got up now 30 minutes after my appointment time to say something. Front desk lady was very incompetent.. rude.. struggled because she seemed to be the only one working. Idk if it’s a race thing but everyone spoke Spanish and I felt less than. The original Provider I was supposed to see had a whole fit because I was a new patient and was scheduled at the time I was.. she didn’t want to see me. It is now 2 hours and I’m still waiting to see a provider.. worst experience ever!! And as a new patient I would never recommend this office to anyone. After I was seen I was then charged someone else’s Co-pay.. very unorganized office.. rude employees. Only person that treated me well was Claire."
