"I've been with Allstate for 12 years now and had a windshield claim they sent me to safelite. The car leaked like a sieve when they were done. They have had my car 3 times and broke the cowl and the side post along the window. I emailed Amy Rossi and all they do is send me back to safelite to further damage my car. Below are pictures showing safelite damages and NO ONE AT ALLSTATE will take responsibility for sending me to safelite and safelite wont take responsibility for damages they did. I am looking to make a change in my car insurance coverages with A DIFFERENT COMPANY! These photos were also sent to Crystal in Amys office and they STILL DID NOTHING!"
