"Awful service. Do not recommend at all. Took multiple emails and multiple phone calls to get in contact. Was just trying to adjust my policy at first and add another car with a lower coverage amount. Instead, I cancelled. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t have any claims during my time with them. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with them. Please do yourself a favor and check out their competitors or another Allstate agency."

"Absolutely the worst homeowners insurance company that exists. My homeowners insurance policy increased by $1,750 a year without any explanation. I’ve never had a claim on my home. Then when I found a better homeowners insurance company , Allstate gave me a very hard time with processing my refund. Worst customer service ever, even the managers were awful. I do not recommend Allstate homeowners insurance - Ramses Rivero’s office to anyone!"
