"False advertisement. They claim you have 3 free days to test out the gym and my husband and I have been looking for something where our daughter can go with us. We got there for him to check it out and see if we wanted to go here and was told he has to pay $20 each visit & that it’s based on availability. They were just trying to scam him even though I had warned him about reading the reviews & the experience his sister had there was also terrible where she canceled her membership and they kept on charging her."

"I've been coming here for about 8 months now at 530AM and it is packed most days; however, this is a showmanship of the quality of the gym. I love it here! Despite heavy crowds I never have to wait for a machine or bench. The lady in front always greets me in the morning and is friendly. It's funny how some of these reviews are negative towards the front desk staff-- there's two sides to ever story- I would say their reviews are only based off one side. She is a good asset to the gym and welcoming. Also, because it is a busy gym there appears to almost always be someone cleaning the gym to keep it in top shape. Yes some weights are out of order but it's the responsibility of the USERS to fix this, this gym is GREAT and I HIGHLY recommend it."

"Absolutely horrible. The customer service here is not helpful and it comes with sass and attitude especially from Gabby who wouldn’t give me her last name but claimed she is the general manager. When I signed up, I was told the gym would be operating 24 hours starting in January and because I work graveyard, I thought it to be an excellent time to join and the only reason I joined. Well the 24 hour thing is a lie they use to get you to sign up. And when you ask them “when” will it start operating 24 hours, nobody can give you a definitive I answer, they just say “you will get an email.”(WHEN?)…. This is how they perpetuate the lie. I was told that the person that signed me up was a “desk person” NOT a “sales person” and that they weren’t technically authorized to sign me up, much less make the 24 hour claim to me and because he is no longer with the company, we could not confront him and therefore as the general manager said “It’s your word versus his.” (insinuating that I am a liar?) I’m out $160 total for 2 months cause they took first and last month payment PLUS the $60 annual fee. Their equipment is sub par and the majority of the people working here are overweight which should’ve told me everything I needed to know. I will be reaching out to corporate where perhaps I will get treated with a little more respect and no sass or attitude. Save yourself the trouble unless you wanna be mediocre like their equipment and staff. Currently waiting on the manager “Joel” to reach out to me about my cancellation. Let’s see how effective and prompt they are. I would give them no stars but unfortunately, it’s not an option."

"First and foremost, the front desk personnel gabriel and the manager was completely rude and unhelpful. My friend brought me to LA Fitness here in Sheridan Hollywood Location and they told us that the 7-day guest passes were not to be activated until January 31, 2024. They should honor her membership at this location. Complete disgrace."

"Thank you so much to Brittney Davis for helping me get back onto my fitness journey! I loved the gym— it’s extremely spacious and clean. Also, it’s helpful that they have a child watch program, so my daughter can enjoy some playtime with other children."
