"I used to deal with Danielle, after she left this company, it’s very hard for me to speak someone, either email or phone, they never respond your email, when you call, they said they will contact you, but never did it. I'm not sure if there's been a change in Management, it has gotten worst in the past years, customers service is nonexistent. I need to find other agents company."
