Between them not answering the phone (I thank God for the receptionist) and speaking to someone else once, I have received absolutely NO help. However, I did have to pay $24.95 fore a report I did not need BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS the PHONE!!! 4 days I am still waiting for a mitigation report. 4 DAYS!! It is now, Nov. 12 and still no report, no one answers the phone... nothing!"
