"I would give this a 0 star if I could!!! I was looking up some student accident insurance and I had MULTIPLE messages and calls and I sent everyone of them the SAME message that stated “DONT MESSAGE OR CALL ME ANYMORE” Nothing horrible or anything like that and an employee that works here by the name of MEGAN texted back being very rude and I replied and she just kept on and on and on! Very rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Who in their right mind would want an employee that talks and acts like this?? I have proof and pictures of what she said and how she was acting!! Oh and another things she kept texting me from MULTIPLE different numbers, which made it even more confusing and unprofessional!! Do better!"

"I fully agree with Mr Dehoyos. The bureaucracy is inefficient, they refuse to pay for services without explaining the cause, they do not update data or care to do so when I call them. I have a social worker with them for two years who have not known or called me, nor did they solve any problem for me, as if I did not exist. The budget for OTC medications is only $ 25.00 and at CVS pharmacy prices (high). It is enough for a couple of products a month, the least expensive (suppositories, rolls of tape, etc). My neighbors, with other plans, receive higher benefits and are well cared for by social workers."
