"I normally only take the time to write positive reviews for good service. I rarely take the time to write a negative review but this one is warranted. I wish I could leave a zero. I won't go into details of my nightmare experience with this company mishandling my policy and then trying to blame it on me. Complete: Incompetence, unprofessionalism, poor customer service and also overpriced."
