"I hate to give a poor review because the owner of this business wants to do well and tries really hard. He’s a good guy who deserves a chance. But at the same time, his failure to provide adequate service with regards to the xpel film on the hood of my Range Rover Velar cost over a thousand dollars to fix and replace. So I feel compelled to let others know what issues may arise from using this service. He did good paint correction work and most of the application of the Xpel ultimate protective film was good. He really had trouble with covering the hood to where lines and creases we visible around the edges of the front of the hood. So we tried redoing the application of the hood and he was nice enough to agree to replace it free of charge. However on the second application not only were the lines and creases worse but he didn’t apply the Range Rover hood lettering in alignment with the original application and the Rover lettering ended up off to the right about an inch, which was noticeable. Again, replacing the hood PPF and lettering cost me over $1000 on top of what I paid for his work on the car. I wouldn’t recommend PPF installation at this business."
