"My experience with Sean Valley's Allstate Insurance Group - and the Cowan Group they acquired before them - has been superb across the board. The interesting thing about insurance - be it property, casualty, health, and even our appliances and electronic devices - is we buy the policies, pay our one-time, semi-annual or annual premiums, and then hope (i.e., pray) we never need to use them. Kind of like the anti-anxiety or pain pills I've tucked away in the back of my closet, just in case. (shh, don't tell my pharmacy). But every year there is a hurricane season, and every day we navigate our busy roadways, and any number of other calamities are just around the corner, as the various TV commercials remind us. Rest assured, though, based on my interactions with the people I've interacted with at Sean Valley, particularly Allison Valley and more recently Tami Vieito, I am 100% certain that they will be present and in service to my family if (when?) I need them. And if I'm wrong about this, there's always that stash in the back of my closet."

"Meridth submitted my new home insurance and I received an increase like everyone else. I contacted Allstate and Meridth responded within minutes. She asked me to submit an updated wind mitigation report and I did. Her reply was we are saving you between $300-400 a year. I will be receiving my policy within the next 7-10 business days. Sean's team is awesome. Thanks again."

"Cancelled our insurance with Allstate through this agent. They didn't cancel it with Allstate and Allstate cancelled us for non-payment and sent us to collections and we found out through an email from Allstate 15 days after we notified the agent. We've not had a late payment or anything cancelled for non-payment by age 69. Now this is on our credit report because of the agents ineptness. Their great when your signing up but when you find insurance for a great deal less somewhere else this is what happened to us."
