"I tried at least three times to get pricing and schedule information to decide if we could make classes and prices work and they would not respond or provide any information unless I agreed to bring my son in for a free trial lesson. Well that's great except I really wanted to be sure we could make the class schedule and price work before I brought him to try and have him be excited about classes but we could not afford or make the schedule work. The lack of transparency on classes and pricing plus the lack of response once I told them I wasn't comfortable bringing my child in without any pricing information is a total no go for us. I would give zero stars if I could."

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Victory Martial Arts. My child attended karate classes at this establishment for a few months, and I was initially impressed with the instruction and facilities. However, I recently discovered that the karate place has been drawing money out of my account for classes that my child did not attend.This is unacceptable and unfair. I have contacted Victory Martial Arts on multiple occasions to try to resolve this issue, but they have been unresponsive. I am now forced to take this matter to the public. I urge other parents to be aware of this karate place's unfair billing practices. Do not enroll your child in classes here unless you are prepared to be overcharged."

"Mr. Moncorvo is the best! From day one he is like part of the family! He is a great positive influence that all of the kids look up to. His energy lights up the room and is noticeably missed when he is absent! The entire team here constantly exceeds all expectations. "My son has been going to Victory Martial arts for the past 14 months and i have witnessed tremendous improvement in his overall personality. Being homeschooled, i was worried he may not have enough socialization but since we joined, his confidence, diligence, determination and commitment have drastically improved with the help of Mr and Ms Umphreys’ consistency, knowledge, skill and most importantly their love, passion and dedication to teaching hence both are my son’s favorite instructors and it brings me joy seeing him thrive under their guidance in other aspects i am unable to do myself. Both Mr. and Ms.Umphries do a great job at keeping the kids engaged as well as helping them each individually to dig deep and reach their potential. In addition Mr. Moncorvo is always an amazing help with any questions, concerns or needs and the kids love him. They even offer adult self defense classes! The team they have in place here is absolutely amazing! ****Caution only bring your children here if you want them to learn how to respect others, to believe in themselves, and maximize their potential, otherwise let YouTube keep babysitting and see how that goes.****"
