"Encourage Everyone to call the Corporate Office! Purchased a couple items at Town Center Location, and the sale associate Tara forgot to take the alarm clip off the clothing. Removal caused blue to appear on the apparel. Went back to location 45 minutes out of the way to exchange or refund. Bruce the manager on hand says because of not bringing it back for removal regardless if it’s out of anyone’s way that he’s not going to do anything about it. And left it at that staring like a snob. High would not recommend this place for anything, and will continue to tell everyone not to spend their money here, and broadcast it on every social media platform. "Went here about a month ago and I will never come to this store again. Horrible experience and rude employees. The employee I interacted with shouldn't be in customer service. Don't waste your time here. Whatever you want, you can get cheaper somewhere else online."

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. Came in before Christmas and purchased a pair of shoes for my brother as a gift. Today he tried one shoe on and it was way to big for him. I went to the store to find something that he liked as they have a decent shoe selection in hopes of returning or exchanging the shoes (as I was told I could when purchased). I’ll admit that the bottoms were slightly dirty but they refused to take the shoes back or exchange them for me. The supervisor wouldn’t even come face me to inform me why he wouldn’t take my shoes back, but sent his employee out to tell me they were clearly worn and used. I pulled the other shoe out of the box that he did not try on and showed him a second time how they were clearly tried on and not worn. As an avid shoe buyer I find it sad myself that Jordan doesn’t offer anything other than a small white pad to help prevent creasing on these shoes but why should that be the consumers problem? If he would have tried them on in the store it would have yielded the same result and I wouldn’t have purchased them. I’ve spent over $1k at this location this year alone and I will refuse to shop here EVER again."

"This is one of those amazing stores that blows your mind. It’s huge. Two stories of sporting and outdoor gear. It’s also a great place to shop for clothes if you like sports or outdoor brands. The staff is helpful, but they can be hard to find as there aren’t many employees for such a big store."
