Their policies and procedures that make it more burdensome that possible to access the services. They obstruct clients from using the insurance to increase profitability. Avmed is a fraud."

"I am fully convinced that AVmed shreds medical bills as they are mailed in so that they don't have to pay the doctors who provided services to their insured. AND they shred them over and over as they arrive until timely filing time comes so they can say they never received the claims and deny for timely filing. This is no coincidence and they should be reprimanded for stealing from the providers. We are definitely going to pursue this to make them accountable for their mishandling of health claims ."
