"This policy was sold to my mother who lives in Broward County. No less than 25 rehab centers for physical therapy were called and none accepted this insurance. Only Dade County. Seniors should not be taken advantage of considering that this company knew that she lived in another county. Their provider list on the website has not been updated since 2018. Protect seniors!"

"Why is this plan leaving out all Baptist PCP physicians as of 5/31/23?? Makes no sense! Why would Baptist allow them privileges at their hospitals if the plan does not want their PCP's? How does the patient benefit from this move by Doctors Health Care?? I had already called member services before I posted this and they stated it was a business decision - pretty poor one for their customers!! How does this plan expect any patients to be welcome at Baptist Health System after they blacklisted all the PCP's in Baptist Physician Services group??"

"Unable to obtain appointment for PCP OR ANY SPECIALISTS fairly close to my address, insurance provided long list of drs, most of them don’t take this insurance any longer!, or never heard of DRS HEALTH PLANS! Horrible experience since I just got serious surgery and no pct until January! Dentist, pain management etc no available until next year or too far to go! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"I had the privilege to speak to Marcelo in customer service today. As always he was pleasant and extremely helpful. It makes calling for answers one less stressful experience dealing with Healthcare. My only complaint about the plan is waiting for authorizations. Sometimes is takes over a week and a half. It may not be urgent to the insurance company but to any patient if you know something is wrong it is urgent to them."
