"Lisandra Hernández the Manager of the Car Insurance department, it’s the worst customer service agent, she never helped me with my quote and try calling her many times for help in quotes, she never return promises calls, and also Yohanka told me she couldn’t help me because Lisandra was the one that needed to help me. Worst customer Service when it comes to Car insurance, the Leasing people at the dealer are great except the manger of the car insurance department. Go get your car insurance somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Like Yohanka said Lisandra it’s the manager so she’s too Busy so busy she can never return calls to Lexus Customers that are leasing their car there."
