"This company has ZERO communication and will even hang up on you if you ask something they are unable to answer. I'm now stuck with a $352 fee that I have to pay because this company failed to renew my flood insurance policy properly. When I was first made aware that I no longer had an active flood policy (through my mortgage company contacting me, NOT Super Insurance), I reached out to Super Insurance directly to find out what was going on. The agent I spoke to on the phone didn't know how to access my information. I was eventually put on hold and hung up on. It was the end of day and their office was closed so I tried the next day. Same deal. I then decided to speak to my mortgage company to get some details. They offered to reach out to Super Insurance while I was on the phone-- SAME THING happened to them (hold and then hang up). Ultimately, Super Insurance claimed I never had a flood policy through them (even though I've been using them since 2015 for both hazard and flood insurance). TLDR; Super Insurance never renewed my flood policy, never contacted me about the change and hung up on me several times when I inquired about what was going on. I am now having to pay a legally required $352 fee to my mortgage company because there was a lapse of coverage for 7 weeks when the typical cost for an entire year for my policy is ~$380. Ripped off is an understatement. Avoid this company at all costs."
