"Had Simply insurance for 8 years and I had not many complaints until now that most providers do not take Simply Advantage plan. To top that I have an eye condition and Simply does not cover my medication. If I'm to pay for the medication is more than $500 dollars a month. No senior citizen on retirement can afford to pay that .Where it gets really confusing is that now on some of their plans they help people to cover expenses for their pets? Ridiculous and totally absurd that they take away medical benefits from people on Medicare to benefit the pets of people on Medicaid. Needless to say that I no longer have Simply."

"About 3 years ago, they cancelled my health plan after being discharged from the hospital… They decided not to pay the medical claim leaving me to foot the whole bill. What’s funny now, is that they keep sending me flyers to see if I’m interested in enrolling on a new plan. Avoid them at all cost!"

"Choose anything else. No doctors are covered. I went through the entire list of specialists they said were covered under the plan and not a SINGLE one was. Half of the numbers were disconnected. Even the primary doctor the insurance originally assigned wasn't covered, which just shows the lack of organization and attention the company is giving to the actual care its customers are getting. Online customer service has been remarkably unhelpful every time I've contacted them. They never got back to me when they said they would and have done nothing to help me find a provider in network. What is the point of an insurance company that doesn't actually cover providers? Would not recommend at all. I don't typically leave reviews, but this feels like a scam honestly and I'm so frustrated. Choose something different for your loved one or yourself, I regret choosing this for my elderly mother."

"Warning Moms, dads, and guardians! You should stay away from this insurance if your child may have or develop any type of illness or in need of developmental care. It is very hard to find a specialist, even with the help from the insurance and Simply also denies a lot of services. I dislike this insurance so much and regret it for my child. Expect no compassion from within the company. In my opinion, they just don't care. I was unsuccessful in getting an ENT, Neurologist, and more. Never would I ever put my child on this insurance and really hate to see any other parent go through what I'd experienced. It's really heartbreaking."
